Quality Inspection

Grain quality testing refers to the systematic analysis of the physical properties, chemical composition, hygienic safety, and storage stability of cereals such as wheat, corn, rice, soybeans, and their processed products, to ensure that they meet national food safety standards, international trade contract requirements, and processing applicability.

Testing Process

1-1 Sampling: Stratified random sampling shall be conducted in accordance with ISO 24333 (Grain Sampling) or GB 5491.

1-2 Sample Preparation: Divide the sample using a sample divider, and grind it (if measuring protein, it needs to be crushed and passed through a 0.5mm sieve).

1-3 Laboratory analysis: physical indicators (such as test weight), chemical components (such as toxins), and hygiene and safety (such as heavy metals).

1-4 Report issuance: bilingual in Chinese and English, indicating the testing method and judgment basis (such as GB or contract terms).
