Weighing scale weighing

Weighing scale weighing

Mineral weighing refers to the precise weighing of ores, concentrates, or mineral products using metrologically verified weighing equipment (such as weighbridges, track scales, belt scales, etc.) during mining, mineral processing, trade, and transportation processes. This is used for production management, trade settlement, transportation supervision, and other related aspects.

operating procedure

1. Weighing instrument calibration: Use standard weights for calibration to ensure compliance with JJG 539-2016 (Verification Regulation for Digital Indicating Scales). Check the sensor, scale platform levelness, and environmental interference (such as vibration, dust).

2. Weighing operation: Complete vehicle weighing: Empty vehicle tare weight → Gross weight after loading ore → Net weight = Gross weight - Tare weight. Belt scale/rail weighbridge: Real-time cumulative weight, with regular manual sampling inspection and review.

3. Data recording: Automatically print weighing sheets (including time, vehicle number, ore type, net weight) and archive for future reference.

4. Exception handling: If discrepancies exceeding the tolerance (such as ±0.5% or more) are found, suspend the operation and investigate the causes (such as cheating, equipment malfunction).
